ESA JUpiter ICy Moons Explorer (JUICE) Launched on 14th April 2023 from Europe’s Spaceport in French Guiana with Ariane 5, JUICE is directed to Jupiter to study its Icy Moons.

OPTEC has contributed to MAJIS instrument is the JUICE mission’s imaging spectrometer, covering wavelengths of 0.5 to 5.54 μm.

MAJIS TMA (Three Mirrors Anastigmats) three off axis aspherical mirrors, designed to work down to 110K were designed, analyzed, manufactured and tested by OPTEC.
